When you hear the phrase everyone deserves a coach, what comes to mind? It is time that educators begin to benefit from the power of coaching in the same ways as athletes, doctors, and musicians. In this webinar, the focus is on how coaches can serve as thought partners and develop teacher practice by targeting bite-size, concrete skills; allowing for intentional practice; and providing specific, actionable feedback. Using lessons from Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s work in Get Better Faster, participants will explore three critical aspects of effective coaching: (I) Go Granular; (II) Plan, Practice, Follow Up, Repeat; and (III) Make Feedback More Frequent. Regardless of role, administrators, instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and teachers all have something to gain from this opportunity. Attend this webinar to gain clarity on supporting teacher growth through the power of practice and get real on how to make a measurable impact.
